Sand-Aid stocks the full range of Bona waterborne primers for timber floor finishing. Primer selection is one of the most important decisions in a floor coating system — it affects colour, tannin control, adhesion and the performance of the topcoat.
Choose Your Primer
- Bona Prime Classic UX — Standard species, light natural colouration. Recommended primer for Traffic HD RAW system.
- Bona Prime Intense — High tannin species (Blackbutt, Tallowwood). Prevents tannin bleed. Rich, warm colouration.
- Bona Prime White — Whitened or limed appearance. For contemporary and Scandinavian-style floors.
- Bona Prime Classic — Standard primer for general timber species.
