Professional Sanding Belts

What primer for Bona Traffic HD?
Bona EasyPrime for most Australian hardwoods. Prime Intense for high-tannin species — blackbutt, tallowwood, spotted gum, ironbark. Prime Classic UX for open-grained timbers like pine and oak. Call 1300 950 551 for a recommendation.
Traffic HD vs Mega — what's the difference?
Traffic HD is 2-component (with hardener) — significantly harder wearing. The right choice for commercial floors and clients who want the best. Mega is 1-component, no hardener, excellent for residential and rental properties.
What grit belts for blackbutt?
SIA 2800 Siaron zirconia — start P40 for the first cut, P60, then P80. Blackbutt is hard and abrasive on belts, so long-life zirconia is worth the extra cost. We stock 8" and 10" (200x750mm and 250x750mm).
